Seems pretty simple. Most would agree that the money is a much better option. Why is this welfare thing so hard to understand?

Those on welfare in Florida now have a very simplistic choice to make. Fail the drug test, no money. Pass the drug test, get money.

I fail to see the complication here. The cast of “Saved By The Bell” said it best: “There’s no hope in dope!”…and apparently no money…Hmm…
